Confidential and Proprietary NCAP Changes for Credit Bureaus 23 Enhanced Standards During the week of July 10, 2017, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion removed Judgment Public Records from the consumer credit database and the portion of Tax Lien Public Records not meeting the enhanced consumer PII standards Enhanced standards apply to new and existing public record data – Requirements: • (i) minimum consumer identifying information (name, address, social security number and/or date of birth) ("PII") and • (ii) minimum collection frequency for public records (at least every 90 days) Bankruptcy public record data will continue to meet the enhanced collection and reporting standards
