Recently, the nation’s top tax bracket was redefined as individuals earning at least $400,000 and couples making at least $450,000 annually.  These households represent approximately 1% of the nation’s income earners and they will now be taxed at 39.6%.

We decided to find out where these “rich” households live and learn more about their discretionary spending levels.
